Right of cancellation

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14 calendar day right of cancellation that applies from the time you have received the goods you have ordered.

When using your right of cancellation:

You must notify us of your cancellation using our cancellation form. The notification should be sent to us at info@l-trode.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and the goods being returned.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days of the cancellation notice.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in case of a used or damaged product.

The right of cancellation does not apply to products where the seal is broken or the product has been used - this is due to health and hygiene reasons.
