Shipping policy

Placing an order

Once you have finalised your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the information about the products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail to info@l-trode.com.

 

Delivery time

Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest. If there are any delays in delivery, please contact us by e-mail to info@l-trode.com.

 

Transport damage

Luzmon Medical is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk of a product being damaged or lost during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for the risk of any return. The customer must report any transport damage to toilet.se within five working days from the time the delivery was received. The customer is therefore responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the products as soon as possible after receipt.

 

Damaged goods

If the customer discovers damage in transit, the customer should contact us by email. Classify the case as "damaged goods" and send it to info@l-trode.com. Please note that the product must not be used and that the customer must keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected when handling the claim.

 

Uncollected goods

In case of uncollected packages, Luzmon Medical reserves the right to charge the customer to cover shipping and handling costs. Please note that your package will remain at the delivery point location for approximately two weeks.
